Privacy Policy

① Account: email, name, profile image via Google sign-in.

② Saved data: reports you create and their inputs (company name, financial, environmental, social figures), derived from what you enter or upload.

③ Inquiries: the email, topic, and message you submit.

④ Usage: pages visited, referrer, key button clicks. No cookies are used; daily visits are approximated with a one-way hash of IP/browser/date. This does not identify individuals.

Sign-in and verification, saving/viewing/comparing reports, responding to inquiries, and statistical analysis to improve the Service. We do not use data for other purposes.

Accounts and reports are kept until you delete them or the Service ends. Deleted reports are removed from your list and fully erased after a period as needed for abuse handling. Inquiries are kept for a reasonable period after resolution, then deleted. Anonymous usage records are kept in aggregate form.

We use the infrastructure of: Google (sign-in), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (document extraction AI). Public-data APIs (OpenDART) receive only public information such as company names when you request a lookup — no personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Reports can be deleted in the Service; for account/inquiry data, contact us below.

We apply transport encryption (HTTPS), access control for admin functions, and data minimization. We do not collect sensitive data (national IDs, financial account numbers, etc.).
