Terms of Service

The Service estimates a company’s social value (impact) in monetary terms as an “impact income statement,” based on user inputs and figures extracted from public materials (sustainability reports, regulatory disclosures).

All figures are estimates based on public methodologies and coefficients. They do not replace accounting audits, third-party assurance, or official certification.

Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account. The operator may restrict accounts that violate these terms or the law.

You must not infringe others’ rights, upload false data, or disrupt the Service. You must hold the right to use any material you upload; responsibility for third-party or licensed data rests with you.

Rights in the Service’s software, design, and methodology write-ups belong to the operator or rightful owners. You may use reports you generate for your own purposes; cited external sources remain the property of their owners.

Results are for reference only. The operator does not warrant their accuracy or completeness and is not liable for decisions made based on them, nor for damages from causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., third-party hosting/AI/disclosure API outages).

The Basic plan is currently free. Paid-plan features and pricing (Standard/Pro/Ultimate) will be finalized in the full service and announced in advance.

The operator may change these terms with notice in the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
